We deliver across most locations in India. However, shipping may not be available in certain remote or restricted areas. You will be notified during checkout if delivery is not possible to your address.

Free Delivery: On select products or promotional offers
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or out-of-stock items may take longer; you will be informed of any delays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics partner limitations or unforeseen circumstances like weather, festivals, or public holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to monitor the delivery status.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable courier services and local logistic providers to ensure safe and on-time delivery.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share images/videos as proof for prompt resolution.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If you’re unavailable, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery will be subject to additional charges.
